1. What PraslinRent is
PraslinRent is an independent car rental comparison and referral service. We display offers from third-party car rental providers and booking platforms and help you compare and reach them. We are not a car rental company. We do not own vehicles, do not conclude rental agreements, and do not process rental payments ourselves.
2. Bookings are made with third parties
When you start a booking, you are transferred to a third-party booking widget or provider. The rental contract, prices, deposit, insurance, cancellation and refund terms are set and fulfilled by that provider. Please read the provider's own terms before booking. Any dispute arising from a rental is between you and the provider.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep prices, availability and vehicle details accurate, but this information comes from third parties and can change without notice. Offers shown on the Site are indicative and are confirmed only at the provider's checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PraslinRent is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from any rental you book through a third-party provider.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
